Honey Carmel Corn

Tab made some so I had to. Only I was out of corn syrup, and had only half of the required brown sugar.

Epp, you said you wanted the recepie;

20 cups popped corn

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 plus 2 tb. honey
1 tsp salt
MIX ALL BOiL for 5 Min
ADD 1/2 tsp Soda
PUT IN 250 Oven, stir every 15 min for 45 min.
